Steps to Update Your Email
Open the Quick Saves screen.
Tap your Profile Icon.
Tap the Settings Gear.
On web, this is labelled "Account Settings".
Navigate to Account & Security.
Tap your current email address.
Enter your Account Password.
Enter your New Email Address and confirm it by typing it again.
A Verification Email will be sent to your new email address.
Open the email on the same device, and tap the verification link to complete the process.
Note: you'll need to sign in to Basket again.
What If My Email Is Greyed Out?
If your email address is greyed out in the Account & Security screen, it’s likely because you signed up using Apple or Google SSO. Unfortunately, you cannot change it directly in the app.
To update your email, contact us via the chat feature and select "Talk to a Person", and a member of our team will assist you as soon as possible.
Forgot Your Password?
If you don’t remember your account password, follow these steps:
Sign out of the app.
Tap Continue with Email.
Enter your current account email.
Tap Forgot Password.
Follow the steps to reset your password.
Once your password is reset, you can update your email by following the steps above.
